Our beans are roasted using a fluidized bed of hot air, a unique process that levitates the beans. This means the beans are never subjected to uneven heat which can result in a burnt or bitter flavor. Instead, our process ensures you can taste the complex flavor of these perfectly grown beans harvested under peak conditions. The result is a consistent, mellow, smooth flavor for a cup you’ll look forward to each and every day!

Our farmers harvest under peak conditions, and our beans are carefully stored and packaged properly to protect freshness.
