Our “BLACK SHEEP” Cornerstone Dark Roast Coffee is for those who like their beverage dark, full-bodied, and robust. This flavor is accomplished by roasting the beans at a higher temperature for a longer period of time. 

Our Private Reserve and Cornerstone Coffees have been wildly popular with customers, and so we decided to expand our collection of perfectly roasted Azure Market Organics coffee beans! Our beans are roasted using a fluidized bed of hot air, a unique process that levitates the beans. This means the beans are never subjected to uneven heat which can result in a burnt or bitter flavor. Instead, our process ensures you can taste the complex flavor of these perfectly grown beans harvested under peak conditions. The result is a consistent, mellow, smooth flavor for a cup you’ll look forward to each and every day!

Did you know that coffee is the second largest commodity, second only to oil? Specialty blends, such as ours, are sourced from the top 0.5% - 1% of all coffee beans. Our farmers harvest under peak conditions, and our beans are carefully stored and packaged properly to protect freshness. (Most mold found in coffee is a result of harvesting at the wrong times or improper storage.)
